Robin Weidener -

Robin Weidener has fifteen years of broad-based recruiting and executive search experience in a variety of industries including technology, consumer, retail, professional services, financial services and industrial manufacturing industries. She began her recruiting career by founding a retained search boutique to recruit IT consultants for major professional services clients.

Following that she spent 5 years as a consultant and principal in the retail and consumer industry practice of one of the top ten global retained executive search firms, Ray & Berndtson. Her next position was with Hudson as Director of Management Search, where she was recognized as a Hudson Award recipient for 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Prior to entering the search industry, Robin was VP, Corporate Development for a technology-based retail industry start-up company. She began her career in sales and marketing management at IBM Corporation.

Robin is a summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics.
