Dick Bogen -

Dick Bogen is a search industry veteran who specializes in the Logistics and Transportation Industry. Before joining The Forbes Group, Dick formed RLB Executive Search where he focused on conducting senior level searches in the same industry. Dick began his career in executive search as a Partner with Ray & Berndtson in their Consumer and Industrial Practice, where he also specialized in Logistics and Transportation searches.

As a search consultant, Dick has extensive experience and knowledge in transportation, supply chain, logistics management, and the automotive manufacturing industries, on both the domestic and international scene. His concentration is on search assignments at the CEO, COO, and divisional President level as well as functional heads of Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing and Logistics.

Prior to entering the search profession, Dick was President and CEO of UPS Logistics Group, Inc., an international subsidiary of United Parcel Service (UPS). Earlier he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of UPS Truck Leasing, Inc., one of the five largest firms in the automotive leasing industry, and Senior Vice President and COO of LendLease, Inc., a subsidiary of National Car Rental. Prior to that he was President of Fleet Maintenance Inc. and a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton. During his corporate career, Dick has managed global service organizations with annual revenue of $900 million, 2,000 employees, 300 locations and nearly 3000 customers.

Dick has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota and graduate degree in Advanced Management from the University of Minnesota Graduate School.
